Awareness Policy

Is there an awareness policy for the rodeo festival?

Yes, our rodeo festival is committed to creating a safer environment than what many experience in everyday society, where exclusion, violence, and lack of solidarity are common. This safer space does not come about automatically; it requires the collective effort of the festival team, visitors, and artists. We expect everyone to treat each other with respect and sensitivity, ensuring that the festival is welcoming and comfortable for everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, skin color, religion, age, ethnicity, or ability. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-Semitism, racism, sexism, ableism, queerophobia, and any other forms of discrimination or abusive behavior. All participants share a collective responsibility to uphold these principles and foster an atmosphere of solidarity.
