When do the ticket sales start?

Tickets sales will start the 1st of September 2024.

How can I buy festival tickets?

You can buy tickets online in our Rausgegangen ticket store or at the box office at the respective venues. The box office opens one hour before the performance begins. For the production Nachtstück Nr. 5, tickets are only available in advance.

Is it possible to make group reservations?

For group reservations (e.g. kindergartens, school classes) of 10 people or more, please contact us directly: info@rodeofestival.de

Can I cancel or exchange my tickets after purchase?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or cancel tickets.

How do I receive my tickets after purchase?

The tickets will be sent to you directly by email after purchase. After the purchase process, you will also be taken directly to a page where you can download your ticket. If you do not receive your ticket, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

Are there special discounts for students, senior citizens, or children?

Yes, we offer discounted tickets for pupils, students, people over 65, people with disabilities, and artists. We also have minimum price tickets available for individuals facing financial difficulties and children under 12. No proof is required to access these discounts.

Are there free tickets for people on low incomes?

Yes, rodeo is a partner of KulturRaum München e.V. Munich residents with low incomes can register with KulturRaum München e.V. as a KulturGast to receive free tickets.

Which events are free entry or on a donation based?

Events, that are free of charge or pay-what-you-like are marked in our calendar. A list, that is always kept up to date can be found on this page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

In our Rausgegangen ticket store, you can pay with PayPal, credit card, Giropay, or Sofortüberweisung. At the box office, payments can be made in cash or by EC card.

Can I choose my seats for the performances?

Generally, there is free seating for all performances.

How do I report problems when buying tickets?

If you encounter any issues while purchasing tickets, please contact us at reservierung@theater-hochx.de

What do I do if a performance is sold out?

If a performance is sold out in advance, it’s worth checking at the box office. Remaining tickets may be released shortly before the performance.

Is there a festival center?

Yes, Import Export serves as the festival center for the rodeo festival. It features an info point, as well as spaces to eat, drink, and relax. Opening hours will be announced in September.

Awareness Policy

Awareness-concept rodeo 2024

The festival’s awareness concept focuses on mindfulness and solidarity to prevent and address transgressions. The awareness team is available to anyone who experiences discriminatory behavior or feels uncomfortable, offering confidential support tailored to the needs of those affected. This team is an essential part of the festival, which champions diversity, respect, and a safe environment. They encourage respectful communication to help create a safer space where discrimination and violence are rejected. You can identify the awareness team by their orange high-visibility vests.

If you would like to reach out to the awareness team outside of festival events, please email awareness@rodeofestival.de. Your messages will only be read and handled by the Awareness Team. For general feedback or to contact the festival organizers, please email info@rodeofestival.de.
