#TOBESTRENGTHENINGRELATIONSHIPS

“Practice what you preach” is a guiding principle for many independent performing artists. Their work often explores potential models for a future society, and each new production offers a chance to collaboratively negotiate the themes and methods presented on stage. This process involves not only developing innovative forms of presentation but also fostering effective and equitable collaboration.

Creating an inclusive and sustainable workflow and a respectful working atmosphere can be challenging, especially under precarious conditions and with ever-changing teams. This workshop is dedicated to addressing these challenges and answering the crucial question: “How do we want to work together?”

To help us delve into this topic, we’ve invited Hannah Saar, a dramaturge and systemic coach, to share her insights. Additionally, various representatives from the independent performing arts community will share their experiences and approaches to collaboration.
